Professional Identity for Khmer Teachers (PIKT) is an international collaborative research study conducted by National College of Ireland, the Ministry of Education, Youth & Sport, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College and SeeBeyondBorders. Together the partners are currently investigating how teachers in Cambodia can be enabled to improve their teaching practice. The research focuses on the tasks and challenges of building teacher professional identity; how teachers see themselves and how this may change over time. The videos below outline the PIKT research journey to date.
