Dr Chanphirun Sam
Dr Chanphirun Sam graduated with his MA in educational administration from Graduate School of International Development and Cooperation (IDEC), Horoshima University, Japan in 2010 and he earned his PhD in Educational Development from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2016. He is currently a deputy director of Teacher Education College, Phnom Penh. He is a collaborating researcher and an advisory board member for the PIKT project.
