Dr Chankoulika Bo
Dr Bo Chankoulika has a Doctor of Philosophy specialized in education policy from Flinders University, Australia (2012 -2017), Master of Educational and Financial Planning, Norton University, Cambodia (2008 -2010), Master of Private Law and Research of Social Law specialized in Labour law – University of Lumière Lyon 2, France (2004 – 2006). In March 2020, SeeBeyondBorders arranged for Dr Chankoulika Bo (Co-Principal Investigator and Director of DoPo) to visit Ireland along with other officials from the Cambodian Ministry of Education (Dr Dy Samsideth, Deputy Director-General for Education and Kann Puthy, Deputy Director of Primary Education Department).
